Frequently asked questions
What is SAFIR?
SAFIR is web-based ERP software for glaziers and glass professionals, developed by BRF Solutions GmbH in Switzerland. It brings customers, quotes, orders, purchase orders, invoices, design with Iris and installation planning with Armoni together in one system.
How much does SAFIR cost?
SAFIR GO costs 49 CHF / EUR per month with 1 user and 2 GB cloud storage. Each additional user costs 10 CHF / EUR per month, each module its price per user who uses it. The SAFIR package costs 149 CHF / EUR per month with 3 users, quotes to purchase orders, Armoni and 10 GB; it is applied automatically when it is cheaper. SAFIR Suite is available from 696 CHF / EUR per month on request.
Can I try SAFIR for free?
Yes. Once your application is approved, you can try SAFIR free for 14 days. If you do not confirm the subscription, access is suspended at the end of the trial; your data is kept.
Do I need to install anything?
No. SAFIR runs in the browser, on a computer as well as on a tablet. We take care of hosting and updates.
Where is my data stored?
Production SAFIR data is hosted in a Swiss data centre. The data centre is certified to ISO 27001 and ISO 9001.
Can I pay in CHF or EUR?
It depends on the country: customers in Switzerland and Liechtenstein pay in CHF, customers in all other countries in EUR.
Can I change users, modules or storage later?
Yes, at any time in the customer area. The new price is shown before you confirm. More applies immediately and is charged pro rata; less applies from the next billing date.
Is the Swiss QR-bill supported?
Yes, the invoicing module creates invoices with the Swiss QR-bill.
Are ZUGFeRD and e-invoicing supported?
Yes, these functions are available for our customers from Germany.
